It is well known that adults learn best when they actively participate in the learning experience. The ideal training scenario for most adults is one that:
- Is psychologically comfortable, meaning that training activities are “low risk” and non-threatening for participants with varied backgrounds
- Challenges them with new information
- Includes a variety of media and instructional formats
- Allows them to share their personal experiences
- Provides opportunities to apply key learning to real-life situations
All of the sales training activities I design and write are geared specifically for adult learners. I apply the content you provide (or develop my own, if you prefer) and build dynamic individual and group activities that reinforce key learning principles and expand relevant skill sets.
